Forcing us to use a chronic medicine supplier that do not supply medicine on time
<p>We were forced to use Bonitas Medical Aid after the amalgamation with Liberty Medical Aid. Bonitas force us to use Pharmacy Direct for our chronic medicine. So far - from January until now not a single delivery from Pharmacy Direct was on time. We needed to phone them each and every month but they can not get it right. Bonitas refused to let us use another pharmacy!!!</p>
