Forced to use Pharmacy Direct

As a customer I'm very frustrated that we are forced to use Pharmacy Direct for chronic medication. Pharmacy Direct time after time don't deliver medication on time but they don't care because we as paying customer to Bonitas do not have a choice but to use them if we don't want a Co payment. I feel like I pay Bonitas and it is their responsibility to make sure their sub contractors deliver a good service. I have fought with Pharmacy direct on numerous accounts but they do not change or give a hoot. Disgusted in Bonitas for forcing us to use such unreliable service provider. Just to add I'm talking here about life saving insulin for my 5 year old daughter that Pharmacy Direct could not care about delivering on time. This will probably be the last year with Bonitas and it will be because we just don't want to keep fighting this battle with unreliable medication delivery that costs me extra each month to try and cover up their bad service.
