First time applicant for the last time.

I'm highly disappointed. I was looking forward to joining Bonitas medical aid however I was highly disappointed at how inefficient the process of my application was. I had submitted an application via MSP consultants (brokers that our company uses) on the 7th of September 2026 and today being the 15th of September 2026,in no way have I received any correspondence from Bonitas regarding the status of my application. Tomorrow,16 September 2026,the company's payroll is closing and Bonitas still hasn't provided me with membership correspondence. This is exhausting. I truly didn't expect this for a first time applicant. I'm so ☹️
