Can someone please get back to me. I called the call center and the agent advised he sees the payment I made in May before my debit order date. This payment was for March. I wanted to then make the rest of the payment for April and may but I was told my medical aid is terminated effective 28 Feb 2023. I sent an email to the finance department as advised by the agent but still no response. Is my medical aid termination date going to be moved to 31 March or will I be refunded
