Feedback for Boncap verification

<p>I am on the Boncap option and had to do the income review. This was done on time and on the 3rd of November 2016, I received an email to say that the income has been updated for 2017. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent 2 emails in November 2016 for someone to get back to me as I need to know what the debit order will be on the 1st of January 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I work on a budget and do not want a nasty surprise in January. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why send a query when nobody replies. Quick to take the debit order but not to get back to you. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
