faulse authorisation

When I was in hospital going to do a bone density test and mammogram...the secretary called Bonitas to authorize the procedures. Without any problems authority was give by the Bonitas representative.<br> <br> A few days a lady from the place they were conducting the tests called me and said \tests were not authorized\" and said Il be liable to cover the costs.<br> <br> I would like Bonitas to call me as it was not my fault"
