Well done to Mr Matanki Mathebala of *** going the extra mile to ensure my Ambulance Claim was processed and paid. After a few phone calls discovering that Ambulance Services claims go to a seperate department. I am grateful for following up and make sure it was processed and paid. I am grateful of my Bonitas family for walking extra mile after I suddenly was admitted in the hospital.
