False undertaking to pay a claim.
My complaint on Hello Peter of 31/12/2015 refers.<br> <br> Despite an undertaking that the account would be settled on the 14 Jan 2016, it has still not been paid and no feedback received.<br> <br> As this complaint has been going on since September 2015, I am now left with no choice but to report this poor service to the Council for Medical Schemes.
