False giving information to client
I phone the medical aid bonitas about my tax certificate and then the consultant said to me I have a refund that was 15 days ago witch I send like 2 to 3 times only to find there's no refund I just wanted to say these people are *********** don't no how do to there jobs how can you tell a client there's a refund only to find out there's nothing
