False advertising"the medical aid that is always thinking you"...NOT
I have since been waiting for feed back from Bonitas, of a detailed emailed they've supposedly sent after the matter was supposedly resolved , I have sent numerous emails but with no result, I have re app**** for cover 2 weeks ago no responses just automated emails. I feel mentally abused and let down by a medical aid I so trusted and loved.
