False advertising"the medical aid that is always thinking you"...NOT
I app**** for cover, long story short, one of my dependents who is on chronic meds from November, was put on a 12 month waiting period regardless of the fact that we were on a medical aid previously, Never requested any further clarification on the matter except for myself looking for clarification and being give random email addresses to have the matter resolved, there is no guarantee that the person handling the matter is well informed because if it was the case I don't think I would be in this predicament.
