Extremely upset and dissappointed

I have been a happy bonitas member for the last 4 years, however, following my encounter with the new scheme rules I am really upset and dissappointed in finding out that since my savings have been depleted I cannot get over the counter medication without a prescription from a doctor. Previously my claims came out of my day-day benefits (which is currently untouched), but apparently with the new scheme it can only come out of my 'savings' together with an entire list of other claims which limits the balance for over the counter medication further. Why does cold and flu prevention medication such as Corenza need to be prescribed by a doctor if the aim of the medication is to prevent going to the doctor? I am really unhappy and I wished that these new terms were discussed during the medical aid roadshows at the beginning of the year before continuing my membership with bonitas.
