Extremely Poor Service from Bonitas Medical Aid - Still Waiting for Tax Certificate

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Bonitas Medical Aid.

I have been trying to obtain my medical aid tax certificate for the 2019 tax year. Despite making numerous enquiries and following up through various channels, I have been continuously sent from department to department without anyone taking ownership of my request. I NEED TO SUBMIT MY TAX RETURNS FOR 2019 YEAR OF ASSESSMENT SO THAT SARS CAN STOP DEBITING THEIR MONEY FROM MY SALARY
