extremely irate

My account has just been debited by bonitas medical aid R5281 when the premium is R2052 per month. My parents are both pensioners so medical aid is paid by me and every year bonitas requires an income verification. If this is not done- your premium is pushed to the highest income bracket. What bull**** is this? My parents are both 66 and 67 years old- why is there a need for income verification every year? Are they suddenly going to be employed at that age? Where the income changes? I would like for someone from bonitas to urgently contact me and also have my money transferred back into my account as soon as possible or I will be taking further action as this debit was not authorised by myself. Sorry bonitas but I am not your "get rich quick" scheme- please try someone else
