Extremely disappointed in Bonitas Medical Fund

I am battling. The move over to Bonitas was supposed to have been a good move as Bonitas provides better for certain treatments which do not come off your medical savings. I have been struggling for a month to get authorisation to go for a MRI scan. Then this is needed and when you provide it the something else is needed and it does not stop. I have requested the last information required from the doctor but if something happens to me (as this is an injury in my neck) i.e. I loose the loss of my arm of my legs then I want to place it on record that I hold Bonitas liable for this. I am extremely disappointed. I do not know what to do.
