Extremely disappointed
There is a program by Bonitas called BValue
Those people are so ***********. I sent emails several times seeking their assistance and the only response was that someone will get back to me shortly I sent emails several times from 2025/11/11 another one the following day, another one on the 13th and another one on the 19th of November and no one is getting back to me. I did chat with Bonitas and I was advised to send emails several times but I already did send multiple with no help and now I am stuck I do not know what to do as they did not have direct line I need to communicate via email but when I do so they ignore my query. If B value is a standalone company Bonitas will have to forgive me because the complaint is not about Bonitas but the program from Bonitas.
