Extremely bad Service from Bonitas medical Aid
I submitted a claim after visiting a dermatologist and they respond by saying "please submit a detailed claim". The person did not even bother explaining what is missing or what is a detailed claim. The service is appalling. On the subject line it says closure of query. They happy to close my query without assisting me. Maybe they just pushing numbers. Query number MI***
