EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE !!

“I wrote on this platform last week complaining about this medical aid. They called me on Thursday last week promising to call me again on Friday the 31st but I never heard from them again. The lady I spoke to promised that she would courier my Medical Aid Membership Card. Well, I will have to wait and see.

As if that was not enough, on Friday I went to Clicks Pharmacy Hatfield to purchase medication but there was a problem with the system. The following day which was Saturday the 1st of February, I went to Clicks Mall of Africa and tried purchasing medication using my membership No again. Guess what, the system said it couldn't recognize my details as I'm not registered as a member. Really, how did I even get a Membership number, and what has happened to my January subscription that went through end of January ? I just cannot believe how much this Medical Fund doesn't care about the people. I still have to see any review that says anything positive about Bonitas. I am angry, disappointed and infuriated, to say the least !!”
