extreme lack of cover
<p>I have had to have some tests during my pregnancy.</p> <p>I contaced the call centre to obtain authorisation. I was told this procedure would be covered in full.</p> <p>i then received a huge bill for the laboratory portion of the tests. The medical aid then said they dont cover this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find this totally unacceptable. ConsideringI contacted them beforehand and as assured all would be covered.</p> <p> </p>
