Exploiting Administrative changes to not pay legitimate claims
<p>Patient sees psychiatrist since 2014 with referral to a psychiatrist by GP - Bonitas pays for treatment. Psychiatrist leaves town and is replaced by another - Bonitas no longer pays for treatment, as no referral for new psychiatrist.</p>
