Excuses, contradictions, refusal to be flexible

Full marks for giving the most IDIOTIC EXCUSES EVER I am diabetic type 2 and was originally prescribed Metformin/ Glucophage - however I reacted very poorly - severe cramps and gastrointestinal upsets - I suffered this way for almost 6 years. A different medical practitioner prescribed Forxiga - excellent - no side effects and I lost 10 kilos. Bonitas was sent an in depth motivation with blood tests - refused to pay for it on chronic, but paid out of savings. This year - they refuse to pay anything. Asked for specific tests again - done - faxed - proof of fax - two motivations from medical practitioner - still refuse - suggesting two other drugs - WAIT FOR IT one has the major side effect of gastrointestinal upsets and the other commonly causes weight gain and rhinitis - I have a weight problem and am on chronic care for Rhinitis. Now they claim they never got the results - only one. Offered to pay in the difference from my pocket between what they would approve and the cost of FORXIGA - still refuse as a MATTER OF PRINCIPLE.
