Exclusion to Benefits Really!!

<p>Long story short I was admitted by a gynaecologist Dr Mangena at Femina Hospital from the 12 till 14th July after blood test results came back saying I was anaemic due to my long periods which is an every month situation, a blood transfussion was done and doctor suggested that to prevent further bleeding she inserts a Mirena Loop which Bonitas Medical Aid told us it is an exclusion to my benefits even after doctor motivated, point is Bonitas would rather pay for my future blood transfussions every 2nd or 3rd month than cover a device that would be inserted once and lasts for 5 years..Still don't get it!!</p>
