Exceptionally Poor Customer Service
Whoever is in charge of Bonitas Customer Services line - catch a wake up! If I should refer to it as pathetic would be paying it a compliment. It is beyond the depths of poor. I am currently 1 hour and 18 minutes on the phone. I've been transferred twice already, for a query that was supposed to have been resolved on 21/09/2023 already. Wake up to the service your staff is delivering.
