Exceptional Service
I am really impressed with the service I am receiving from Mihloti Mthombheni. I am a staff member and Bonitas Medical Aid member and she handles the staff queries for Bonitas. She always gives me feedback on any queries I may have for anything I send to her. She has recently dealt with a query on my own medical aid and she was phenomenal. Her patient and attention to detail is awesome. She is really an asset to Bonitas.
