Excellent Telephone Customer Care Agents:) Whatsapp Customer Care service is shady :(

I was getting close to leaving Bonitas because of many frustrations with their service, I am here to report that since the start of this year I have seen a great improvement with their Customer Care line. Maybe its a luck thing but my recent several interactions with the customer care line have been absolutely fabulous. Each and every agent I have interacted with has taken their time to explain every single detail I need. The team in the hospital authorisations department especially are amazing and very helpful! Very happy with the Customer Care service. I would like to point out that I haven't had much joy with the Whatsapp Customer Care service, the three times I have tried to use this service there have been no available agents to responde to me. I don't know if this actually works or not.
