Good day everyone.

From time to time we hears Complaints about customer services from medical aid funds etc. However today I something different.

I feel that people who deserve the best from us as the community, indeed they deserve to be complemented and the nation must know.

I have been struggling for sometimes up till now after calling my previous medical aid (Bonitas) which I was helped by a lady who identified herself as Reitometse Morajane who handle my issue with high level of professionalism and excellence reflection on how to render a service to the clients.
