Excellent service
THANK YOU to Jacob Mooketsi from Client Services.
I called him yesterday (11 Aug) to sort out quite a few of my mom's medical accounts.
Jacob was so patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. He even stayed on the phone why I had to urgently help my mom to the bathroom. He walked the extra mile in assisting me to sort out the issues on the accounts, one by one with so much patience and compassion.
Jacob is truly a remarkable person and a HUGE asset to Bonitas (and I can speak of experience as I have constant interantins with employees at Bonitas Client Services and sometimes I want to scream or cry from frustration because of the lack of knowledge and unwillingness to assist me, by some of your people). This was not the case with Jacob Well done!!
