Excellent service
Although I would rate Bonitas only 2 stars, two of their employees deserve 5 stars for their excellent service. Please allow me to express my sincere appreciation to Ms Lesego Mbalibali and Mr Aaron from the Bonitas call center for their excellent service to resolve my recent query. Both of them kept their promises and phoned me back, doing their utmost best to assist. Their professional attitude is much appreciated.
