Excellent Service

Bonitas have always been there for me when I needed them. Staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. My only gripe is that we are, the way I understand it, forced to use Pharmacy Direct otherwise we are penalised heavily. I find that they over send the medication. Too much is sent and I now have a backlog. Is there an alternative to Pharmacy Direct ? Could a person not go to Clicks without the penalties being imposed ?
