excellent service

I have been fighting with Bonitas underwriting department since the 6th of February 2015 and eventually got feedback, which i was not happy with. I then disputed it and after a week still didnt get any feedback. Juandre Keet from the Call Centre went the extra mile in making sure that it gets to them again and understood my frustration.<br> I have never experienced such great and professional service and would like to let the company know that he is a asset to them and they must make sure that all their call centre agents have such efficiency and professional service. He really can grow and go a long way in the company with his professionalism and great service.<br> Thanks again for you help and going the extra mile. This really was a big help for my frustration.
