EXCELLENT AND PERSONAL SERVICE BY ZAKHELE HADEBE

My name is Michael Mogaki, a Bonitas member with membership number ***

I am writing this letter to express my profuse gratitude to Mr Zakhele Hadebe after he expertly, respectfully, patiently, promptly and expertly assisted me with a query that I have struggled with since January 2020.

From November 2019 until I met with Zakhele, I spoke to over 8 different consultants about one matter and none of them could assist me. I never received a call in response to my queries from ant of them until Zakhele came along like he was specially sent to me from a higher and supreme deity to come and solve my problem. I was really drowning in frustration and no one seemed to care to put themselves in a situation of a very loyal member with over 31 years of unbroken commitment to Bonitas.

I spoke to Zakhele and he gave me a sympathetic ear and apologized for the lack for my distress and undertook to personally pursue and resolve my problem. He gave me feedback and never just elevated my request and leave it there. This kind of service delivery and client support is very rare and I would urger Bonitas to take note of this and teach their consultants to treat and service clients better. To Zakhele I was not just a member with a membership number, but he regarded me as a human being in need of assistance, and loyal member of Bonitas with more than 31 years who needed to be given a well deserved treatment and assistance.

My gratitude to Zakhele comes from the deepest wells of my heart. He personifies what in Public Service is referred to as the spirit of BATHO PELE. Tonight I will sleep with less stress, and it is all thanks to a gem that Bonitas has in Zakhele. We need many more Zakheles in all sectors that provide services to clients and society. South Africa is one person richer today, his name is Zakhele Hadebe.

I also wish to express my profound appreciation to Zakhele's supervisor who did not hesitate to dig into my frustration and ensured that the query I had was finally brought to conclusion. I salute you Ms Supervisor. May the Lord bless you too. May you grow in strength and may your career continue to blossom.

Please look after and nurture him carefully. This country needs more people like him.
