EVERYTHING IS RESTRICTED

My child was approved for dentistry theator in December because of cavities. Due to work pressures I kept on postponing. Well I was not aware of age restrictions. Now the teeth are sore and I am told she is above the age restriction and the benefit fell away. Really, how are we supposed to keep up with all these restrictions. I tried to explain that the doctor tried filling in the rooms and the child was so bleeding that the cement just came out in less than two months. What more motivation is required I do not know. When going to pharmacy you keep fingers crossed not knowing if the medication is covered or not. We are expected to have medical knowledge to understand and memorise all the inclusions, exclusions now age restrictions. Hell no!!!!
