Error unattended to

I am not a member of Bonitas, but I have been receiving hundreds of SMS's regarding claims and updates for various clients that are a part of Bonitas. There's obviously been a system error and my cell number is being used to forward these claims, meeting updates etc.

Since July of 2023, I have been receiving these messages. I have made five attempts to make contact with Bonitas after three Emails (20/07/23 - 12/08/23 - 28/06/24) and two phone calls, and yet nothing has been done. I've forwarded screenshots of the SMS's to the revelant Email adress as verification and not a single response has since been received either.

At this point, it's now a years' worth of spam from a company that I've had zero dealings with. I'm usually lenient with errors like these, it happens, but for over a year with no follow up?

After reading the other reviews, it turns out you don't even need to be a member of Bonitas to enjoy a terrible experience 🙃
