Error in Income Tax certificate

I have sent a query 230621QMKN8D to the relevant department as some of the medical expenses we had last year was not paid by Bonitas and we paid it ourselves. When they sent us our Income Tax certificate one of the Drs were not included (our portion of payment to this dr was R8 840.50) hence my query. They responded by asking me to supply the invoice which I have done. Now they are referring it to "APMB ENQUIRIES-CLAIMS QUERY" and the email states that "Claims will be paid as per scheme rules, approved authorisation and based on available benefits at the time of processing. The fund will pay all claims at the Bonitas Scheme Rate. If your health care provider charges more than the Bonitas Scheme Rates, the member is liable to pay for the difference." I am not asking Bonitas to pay the invoice, I am asking why this was not included in the Income Tax certificate.
