equipment claim
I've sent a query to request authorization to buy equipment to treat Psoriasis. They asked for a quote and doctors letter, which i provided. A month later there's no response or any form of communication to give me feedback,. I contacted the call center and they transferred me between 3 consultants. After nearly 10 min of holding, the phone was hung up,.
