empty promises-but nothing new

My membership number at Bonitas-***. Again just empty promisis. This month my debit order fit not went of my account for my monthly premium. Thus i phoned them on the 5th August and eas told that Bonitas are aware of the problem and that i need to EFT the monthy into the bank info thst they sent me. This i have done on the 5th of August. On 6th August i receive SMS to say tbat special debit order will run on that evening. Again i phoned to be told they cant stop the debit order run. I need to withdraw all money from my account do that the debit ordercant go through. I refuse to do that. So the debit order did go off on 6 August. On 7 August i phoned again to be told that money will be refunded within 7 days. Nothing happenend so on 21 August i phoned again. This time i was promised that mybfobnle premium will be paid back that same day. Nothing happened so I phoned them 24 August to be told i need to sent them proof of my bank account where they can see that the debit order went off. This i have done now and await feedback-which i know will not happen. There service is really poor. All empty promises
