Emergency problems

Over the weekend we had an emergency with my son. We rushed him to the one of the hospitals on the boncap netword that is close to us. He was diagnosed with anemia. This morning I received a phone call that his X-ray was claim but it was denied also received an email that the blood tests was also denied. I just want to know how we can choose te providers that takes al te tests if we are in hospital and only know that tests will be done. We are with Bonitas for almost 5 years now and never needed to rush my child to the hospital with breathing problems and now we see that we will have to probably pay everything. What is the use of the medical aid if we can't use it in an emergency?
