Emergency claims
I had an emergency consult on the 20th of March.. Key word being an emergency . I was taken in by ambulance to Netcare Sunward Park. Now everything was paid from day to day benefits.. depleting everything . While I have 2 emergency benefits per year but somehow that was no used. when I call they say the hospital didn't do the authorization and apparently its my fault that they didn't do the authorization.
