Emergencies claims and assistance

Was in a accident on the 10th of June. Ambulance took me to hospital were doctor stitched me up and also ordered the radiology department to do some tests immediately. Bonitas rejected my claim, reason being I was still in probation period. I went from medihelp to bonitas and was put under probation???? Had a conversation with bonitas on the 24th of August and explained the situation it being an emergency and I need them to process my claim. ***. Since that date I was in communication with bonitas to no satisfaction, got informed recently that I will need authorisation from the hospital again for the claim to be addressed. I requested the team leader to contact me and explain the hold up to only get a response from the person I dealt with "team leader is held up in a meeting". So clearly I am not getting any service I am paying for and feel this company is not worth any customers time or money.
