Email them about your problem
I have on different ocations emaild as when youphon youcan hold on forever . They respond by sending u an email with a number they will attend to it, months later you get another emails the case is closed. I phnd to get approval to have an MRI for my chest &

10 Aug 2017, 10:52The response was me to see when I had my last MRI, which I could not find, Bonitas was to confirm if there is money available for me to have and MRI and Bresast scan for the lumps I have.
