Not very happy with the charges from suppliers not being paid especially when in an emergency. It's a problem to get any response via email or on telecoms when I contact you guys. The Fund is very negative towards pensioners who have been with the scheme for years. Chronic medication gets loaded with co payment and so to in hospital treatment. Find a way to treat the seniors who build this country to have more accrual benefits. Your scheme is the worst from since I joined a medical aid fund
