E-mail query not attended
I was hospitalised and treated in May 2024, I received my statement and sent an e-mail to query same on 22 July 2024, my query number is *** and I have not received any response. I need to make arrangements if I need to pay the shortfall and I need to collect the necessary reports for my doctor if that is required for the total claim to be paid out, I cannot attend to anything without getting clarity from Bonitas.
