Dual memberships? One working other refered to Debt collectors?

<p>With reference to query number 170617QBVS5.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I was living in the USA and Germany for a while and I cancelled my medical aid (Liberty back then)</p> <p> </p> <p>When I returned, I rejoined Bonitas. </p> <p> </p> <p>My old membership number was ********** 8 - Which was cancelled</p> <p>My new membership and currently active membership is ********** 1514. </p> <p>(I still have not received my card after requesting twice.. Only a email copy)</p> <p> </p> <p>Now the confusion is this number : ********** 0 </p> <p>I am recieving lawyers letters for no payment and letters to update my banking details?</p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned you help desk and they seem confused as well. They said the ********** 0 </p> <p>was declined in January? Well I never joined in January I joined in April? I was living in Germany until April 2017. I do not know where this number originates from.</p> <p> </p> <p>So to break it down... </p> <p>Currently active and CORRECT membership is.. (drum roll) ********** 1514. </p> <p>OLD and CANCELLED membership was ********** 8 (Taken off the Bonitas card)</p> <p> </p> <p>The phantom and unknown evil membership that should not excist : ********** 0 </p> <p> </p> <p>All my claims are being process and paid to my account .
