Dropped calls, lies about payment and bad attitude

Hi<br> <br> I have been a member of Bonitas for about ten years. They have not processed my dental claims. I called Bonitas(Denis) and they dropped my calls twice.<br> <br> Moreso the consultant **** about the system not sending a communique that says the claims is processed and how much is to be or not be paid.<br> <br> Generally she has bad attitude and made me repeat every word I said. She refused to give me her full name when I asked for the manager. She refused to put me through to the manager to complain with.<br> <br> Regards<br> Sipho
