Dr Limitations while PREGNANT

I am absolutely LOST! Looking for a Gynae on my medical aid and I have to choose from a list of males! The only woman on the list wants an upfront payment for everything and then I NEED to CLAIM back MY MONEY! What Am I paying for?? I refuse to go to a male as I do not feel comfortable especially being pregnant. No consideration was taken for us paying members to choose between genders and most of all to make sure we can use our benefits to the full extend! I'm left with either taking a male Dr against my will to go to the closest hospital to me or drive out extremely far while pregnant to see a woman I need to pay for either way! Pathetic!
