Customer Services is pathetic, we as customers should be given value for money as we do pay people at the call centers their salaries, App doesn't work, calls not answered to make enquiries of claims and we get an automated response, Bonitas Boncap, do better! We the customers and we have the option of leaving this medical scheme or boycotting for some service!
