Down grading from Standard to Primary option
It is totally unacceptable to demand Bank statements for down grading purposes. I would understand if one was upgrading." I'm not applying for personal loan" simply looking @ my affordability...on my part as a pensioner. I have noted with regret your ************ and manipulative acts, to frustrate individuals on making on choices. I have comp**** with your hilarious demand, awaiting your response. GEMS is awaiting to embrace me. I have been part of BONITAS for 30yrs, some of U were still wet behind the ears. Aggrieved, Bongani Mngadi
