Doubting if I should join

Good Morning
I have app**** for medical aid Boncap. We received an acceptance letter with NO AMOUNT showing on the letter. On top of that my wife and I both received a 25% penalty. At what grounds? We both were on medical aid previously! And to make it even worse you added a 3 months waiting period. Sounds like bonitas doesn't want new members ! Will take this up further.
Really I think this is ridiculously.
