Double standards of Bonitas

I did not pay my contribution for April 2023 so my funds was suspended. I made a cash payment on the 25th April and Bonitas deducted from my bank account as well. I called in and was told by the consultant that I have a credit and I must send my proof of cash payment. which I did. I reversed the debit order. I received an email that my suspension was lifted. Yesterday I received another email that my funds was suspended again. I called again and was told that I have an outstanding payment. I am confused. Is there some that can explain if I wasn't covered for April that I have to pay that contribution as well?
