Don’t Waste Your Money on Bonitas

I am honestly fed up. I’ve been paying Bonitas every single month, trusting that when I finally needed to use their so-called “Network benefits,” they’d actually cover something. But every time I go to a Network Hospital or Network Doctor, I’m still the one paying out of my own pocket. Not once - not once - has Bonitas paid for any of my medical expenses.

And today was the last straw. Today was my first time ever visiting their Network GP, and guess what? I still had to pay for the consultation and even the medication myself. After months of debit orders going off without fail, this is what I get? I walked out of that doctor’s room feeling angry, disappointed, and honestly ******.

At this point, Bonitas is no different from Fedhealth. They make all the promises, but when you actually need them, you’re on your own.

Please, do not sign up for this medical aid. If you think they’ll be there when you need them, think again.
